Vero Marine Center Named One of Nation’s First Certified Marine Dealers
VERO BEACH, FL: It was an honor in itself that Vero Marine Center was selected as one of the first boat dealers in the nation to participate in the National Marine Manufacturers Association’s
(NMMA) Pilot Program for Certification of Boat Dealers. But after months of work, the “icing on the cake” was announced September 27th; Vero Marine Center was certified on the first inspection, becoming one of the nation’s very first dealerships that met all of the requirements. In fact, Vero Marine Center was named number one in the nation for employee satisfaction, which is one of the criteria for certification.
Vero Marine Center was proud to meet all the requirements on the first inspection. Everyone on the Vero Marine Center crew went above and beyond the call of duty to make sure they exceeded the industry’s expectations. NMMA’s Dealer Certification Program is a part of the marine industry’s “Grow Boating” program and is designed to ensure consumers that certified dealers support the “Marine Industry Consumer Bill of Rights” and accordingly have a focus on five areas affecting dealership quality: dealership operations; facility; professional sales and service; strong customer service and employee improvement.
The Five Star Solutions Group, known for their association with the automotive industry, conducted the inspections. Vero Marine Center recognizes that consumer expectations of dealership quality are a significant part of the buying decision and of an owner’s perception of value, so they enthusiastically underwent the certification process.
Vero Marine Center has been serving boaters on the Treasure Coast for almost 50 years. Located at 12 Royal Palm Pointe, Vero Beach, Florida; they are dealers for Grady-White Boats, Scout, Hurricane, and Yamaha Outboards . |
