| The National Marine Manufacturers Association (NMMA) has again awarded Grady-White Boats the CSI Award, the trade association's top recognition for customer satisfaction. 2011 is the tenth year of the association's study of customer satisfaction among boat and boat engine owners. Grady-White has received the award in the category of fiberglass outboard boats every single year the study has been conducted! Congrats to a great company of boat builders! |

| Boo MacIntyre and Brian Cunningham have spent the past few days at the Grady White Dealer's Conference in North Carolina. During the conference, Vero Marine Center was the recipient of both the Admiral's Circle and the Service Excellence Awards. Admiral’s Circle membership is reserved for those top elite dealerships in the Grady-White network that have achieved over $1 million in retail sales for the model year, plus also have earned Grady-White’s Service Excellence award with customer satisfaction index scores exceeding 9.25 on a 10-point scale as rated in actual customer surveys. This is the eighth year that Vero Marine Center has earned this honor. |
